This program is designed to introduce new leaders to the leadership competencies most necessary in their new roles, including emotional intelligence, critical thinking, communication, innovation, and agility. Programs include monthly coaching pods, monthly supervisor sessions, and monthly ½ day workshops.

The High-Performance Leadership Program is designed for mid-level managers who exhibit the potential to go further in their leadership. This program will focus heavily on team dynamics, including understanding how teams form, managing conflict in teams, how to apply these learnings to a group project, and how to take these new skills back into the groups that already exist. With the infusion of your key competencies, we bring a small group of senior leaders together on a monthly basis for a 12-month period. Individual and group coaching is also a unique part of this program. Key outcomes include, deepened understanding of how strong teams work, a concrete plan for how to increase the effectiveness of new groups or teams, increased ability to notice nuances of team health and assess and address problems, expanded emotional intelligence, and increased awareness of how to build psychological safety in teams. This highly successful program focuses heavily on culture building, community shaping and leading through change. Key outcomes include, a stronger, more stable leadership presence and an increased understanding of psychological safety, along with enhanced big picture visualization and strategic implementation, a reduction in interpersonal team conflict and best practices for handling conflict when it does arise. Finally, this program teaches leaders how to ascend into the level of leadership that is required to transform teams and groups into communities.
